Fast track- court-1, Patna, Judge Mohd Jafar Imam Malick on Tuesday sentenced Satya Prakash Nirala, 35, a resident of Sadhnapuri under police station Gardanibagh in Patna to 10-years of rigorous imprisonment.
Nirala was found guilty of raping a 42 year old woman. Rapists should have been dealt with heavily and with iron hands so that the evils of rape may be eliminated from the society and girls and women live happily without any menace of fears cychos. A very good judgment pronounced by the Judge Malick.
