Father vs. Son in Ramgarh Constituency Kaimur district.

The political fight between a father-Son duo has made electioneering interesting in the Ramgarh assembly constituency in Kaimur district. This assembly segment is located on the UP-Bihar border.

Father Jagdanand Singh, who was better known as the CM of Kaimur during the 15 year rule of Lalu and Rabri, is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the victory of RJD candidate and sitting MLA Ambika Prasad Yadav from Ramgarh. In fact, Jagdanand Singh represented the seat for six consecutive terms since 1985 until he was elected as an MP from Buxur in May 2009.

Jagdanand’s son and BJP candidate from Ramgarh Sudhakar Singh is making an all out effort to snatch the seat from RJD. Trying his luck for first time in the assembly elections. Sudhakar Singh, a rice mill owner, tells voters that his father has opted for an incompetent person [Ambika Prasad Yadav] as his political heir, who did nothing in the last one year.

Here fight is between the father and son, the election will take place on the 20/11 in the last phase, it would be more interesting to see who wins either father or son.
